Very early in the creation of their new album, Avril Lavigne had noticed a trend. "It was a very sparse record," says the Canadian singer-songwriter.

That was the reason I decided to eliminate all kinds of clever title and up to five albums and thirteen year career, use your own name for the disc. Neither the cover shows anything other than a close up of her face, heavily disguised.
"I can not describe the album in a few words, pigeonhole," says Lavigne, 29, speaking by phone from Los Angeles, where she lives with her husband Chad Kroeger, head of the Canadian band Nickelback, who started dating and ended Avril Lavigne was married while.
"There are summer songs in this album," he continues. "There are love songs, rock, pop songs.'s Not all about love, as much of my previous material.'s More than that. "He's a very inspiring guy," Lavigne says, "and it is good to work with another vocalist, because there is a real understanding between the two."

"so we rewrite the last part of the chorus to incorporate a spin on the
track where we met

wanted to introduce that twist in which we are together at the end . "

"These are the last two songs we did for the album ," says Lavigne. "There were two issues that liked the label, and wanted to be first, but the rest of the album is really very different. I mean, these songs sound like me and , I think , is what people expect from me, but excites me heard the idea that the rest of the recording , because there is much new material . "Changes .
One of these new issues is Hello Kitty, which has a very contemporary electronic brand.
